Your rights to information

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) was passed on 20th November, 2000.

Under this act the members of the public have the right to know how public services are organised, how they are run, and how much they cost.  This information is set out in a publication scheme.

From 1st January, 2005, General Practice must respond to requests about information it holds.  However, these requests need to satisfy a number of conditions.

For a copy of our publication scheme, please contact the Practice Manager.
