Delivering exceptional service is challenging and difficult at times.  We know we are not perfect and can always improve.  Your suggestions and feedback are valued.  Comments can be made on the comment cards in the practice or on the NHS Choices website.

We would like to know where you feel we are doing well and perhaps where we could do better.  If you do experience a problem, please bring it to the attention of our staff and we will do our best to resolve it.

“Feedback about staff performance- especially the receptionist”

I have the utmost respect for this surgery for 2 reasons: Excellent patient care by both Doctors and from the receptionist. Who isn’t just a receptionist behind the desk but also a fantastic patient- person who gives valuable attention to me whenever I visit the surgery. The receptionist will ask after my well-being which makes it very special for me during a visit. The patient-carer relationship at the surgery is second to none for me and with the receptionist at the desk there is excellent communication between me and my doctors. Most of all , the smile patient are greeted with has always shown the receptionist knows how to create a welcoming environment for the sick and vulnerable. As long as I’m in this postcode area the doctors will be my GP’s. Well done team and a special well done to the receptionist for being human.”

first of all I want to say a huge thank you to the doctor, she is very helpful with awesome personality and a great doctor. Stratford vicarage lane is lucky to have her. “Considerate and helpful

Most of the time that I been there it is always a busy period and it does create a queue for most of the time. Staff on the reception area are always on the look out for people with appointments by informing them to let them know so that they can log in that they are in the clinic. This is very helpful.”

“Professional, prompt, friendly service – perfect!

I recently moved to this practice and have been so impressed by it. Everyone from the receptionists, nurses to the doctors have been incredibly friendly, professional and supportive – you should be really proud of yourselves. I managed to get an appointment with the doctor and nurse within a few days and didn’t have to wait long at all on arrival for said appointments. “Exemplary Professional Service!”

I have been with this practice for some years now and experienced professional service at all times. My appointments are booked online and I always managed to obtain timely appointments and able to see the Doctor within a reasonable timeframe as my appointments are non-urgent to free up slots for other urgent cases.

I wish to compliment the professionalism of the GPs at this practice who always listen in partnership with the patient and provide focused medical advice with appropriate follow-up referrals if needed. I have utmost confidence with this practice due to the compassionate care being offered.

The Practice Deputy Manager is always very courteous and calls me and updates me if I have any concerns. The receptionists are always very friendly despite the challenges confronting a variety of patients at the front desk. I admire their resilience in offering the best service despite the challenges.

“Just brilliant”

Firstly, I will like to take this opportunity to say after visiting different GPS, This one has been the best and one that I will always recommend. They are very prompt and welcoming as soon as you enter, with the receptionist, who seems to know people by heart, and who I feel is so good at what they do but maybe they don’t get recognised or appreciated, I mean, this is a world class receptionist with the warmest attitude, plus the fact that the receptionist seems to be smooth at what they do and always asked if all went well after my chat with my doctor,
The doctor is just world class, very detailed, different class, always get it right. Not just with me, but with all my family, a doc I want to be with.

“GP”

I have had the same doctor for over 10 years. She is a throwback to the days when a GP would actually want to know their patient and do what is right for them. She can never do too much. Even when I came in for my mother or with my mother, she still asks me how I am and how I am doing, very genuine.
She is a true professional and has helped me with numerous medical problems throughout the years. She is one doctor that I would recommend to everyone.
